Privacy Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Home Income Search ("We", "Us", "Our") collects, uses, and discloses information when You use this website and the matching service it provides (the "Service"). It covers this site only.
Who We Are
The Service is operated by BRNDZ. Contact details are at the end of this policy.
What We Collect
We collect information in three ways:
- The free account form. Your first and last name, email address and mobile phone number, plus the consent You give on that form and the time You gave it.
- The setup questions. Your answers about the schedule You want, the income You are hoping for, when You are available, Your work-from-home experience, how soon You want to start, and what is motivating You. These are what We match You with.
- How You use the site. Our own first-party analytics script records the pages You view here, the link or campaign that brought You, Your IP address and derived network information, Your browser and device type, and which matches You view, accept or skip. If You use the contact form or the site chat, We keep what You send.
- Visitor identification. Outside Our legal pages, this site loads a script from an identity-resolution provider. It receives Your IP address and browser information, may set its own cookie, and may tell Us who You are or which household You belong to, including before You fill in a form.
- Information from data providers. After You create an account, We may ask a licensed data provider to add to what You gave Us, keyed to Your email address: an age range, gender, marital status, whether You own Your home, household income and net worth ranges, occupation, household makeup, an estimate of discretionary income, and signals about what You may currently be in the market for (for example a loan). We use it only to match You better. We never pass this appended information to partner companies.
- Household resolution. We may also ask the provider to associate the home internet connection You visit from with a household, so We can recognize a returning household before You sign up. Browsers sending the Global Privacy Control signal are excluded from this.
Our script honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal: when GPC is enabled, no visitor analytics are collected for that visitor and the visitor identification script is not loaded.
How We Use Data
- To match You with home-based business and side-income opportunities that fit Your answers.
- To decide which matches to show You and how well an opportunity fits, using Your answers and the appended information described above.
- To pass Your details to the partner companies behind the opportunities You accept.
- To contact You about Your matches and related opportunities, as described in the consent on the account form.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Data Sharing
This is a matching service, so sharing Your information with partner companies is part of what You sign up for. We may share data with:
- Partner companies. When You accept a match, the company behind it receives Your name, email address, phone number and answers so it can follow up. With the consent You give on the account form, We and Our partners may contact You by email, text message and phone, including automated and prerecorded messages, about opportunities that fit Your answers. Each partner handles Your information under its own privacy policy.
- Service providers who help Us operate the Service (hosting, email delivery, network security, mapping, and an AI provider that processes the text typed into the site chat), bound by confidentiality obligations and given only what they need.
- Data providers, who receive Your email address or the IP address You visit from in order to return the appended information described above, under a contract that limits what they may do with it. Appended information stays with Us and is not passed to partner companies.
- Identity-resolution providers, whose script on this site receives Your IP address, browser information and its own identifier so it can recognize visitors for Us.
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by law or to protect Our rights, users, or the public.
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice on this page.
Sharing Your information with partners who may market to You can count as a "sale" or "share" under some state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time using the contact details below.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
This site sets a session cookie so forms work and so a signed-in administrator stays signed in, and Our own first-party analytics identifier so We can recognize a returning visit to this site. We set no advertising cookies. The visitor identification script described above may set its provider's own cookie. The full list is in Our Cookie Policy.
Opting Out of Messages
Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails. To stop calls, or to opt out of everything at once, contact Us using the details below. Partners You have already been introduced to may need to be asked directly.
Data Retention
We retain account and matching records for as long as We have a business reason to, and delete them on a rolling basis thereafter. You can ask Us to delete Yours sooner.
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
Depending on Your jurisdiction, You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export Your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing, including rights under the CCPA/CPRA and GDPR. To exercise these rights, contact Us using the details below. We honor these requests regardless of where You live.
To tell Us not to sell or share Your personal information, use the Your Privacy Choices page. Obtaining appended information from data providers, recognizing visitors through an identity-resolution provider, and sharing leads with partner companies for compensation may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California law, and that page is how You opt out of it. No account is needed and We do not verify identity for that request. Submitting that page also stops the visitor identification script in that browser. Browsers sending the Global Privacy Control signal are treated as opted out of tracking on this site.
Children's Privacy
The Service is meant for adults looking for work and business opportunities. It is not directed to individuals under 18, and We do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
International Transfers
Data may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where We or Our service providers operate. By using the Service, You consent to this transfer.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
